Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit in delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout. All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. You will ALWAYS received a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

*Overnight delivery is only for orders with delivery address pithing the continental United States & DOES NOT EXPEDITE ANY ORDERS PROCESSING TIME.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Processing Time

Most orders will be complete and ready for shipment in approximately 3-5 business days. During the holidays processing times are extended to 4-6 business days.

Processing time for custom orders is 5-7 business days. Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis and orders placed during a sale or high volume times (ex. holidays) will have an extended processing time. 

*In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you via e-mail. Processing time for custom orders that include more than one item may also be extended due to each item having to be made individually.
